God’s help

A man is born with a soul. For an instant it is without internal sin. The journey begins, with any luck, with a father and a mother. Both do their part to raise a son in the image of God, but along the way short cuts are taken, and decisions are made in haste. This rarely happens but, does happen enough to get the child off the track he was meant to be on. From there wrong decisions mount and soon the child is nowhere near where he was meant to be. The parents can’t believe what has happened, they hardly know him any more. How could this be, most of the time they were there, they made the right call…

Even with two parents, it is impossible to be there all the time. It is impossible to make the right decision every time. That is where change has come so fast and so stealth, that no one saw it coming. The help parents used to get a generation ago is, for the most part, gone. Friends parents watching out while you are away are gone, schools no longer provide any helpful guidance and TV and video has replaced  healthy outside play. But hold on to your hats the worst is yet to come. God himself has been voided. He hasn’t been replaced, we just have to pretend he doesn’t exist. Taken from text books, athletic events and any public display. This will not only keep the very few non believers happy, but because the great majority who do acknowledge the existence of God, are passive, they don’t do anything. Are any of the worlds problems a wonder, when God is told to stay away, morals are not taught and anything is OK.

Parents today need God more than ever. Challenges are part of our day to day life and can not be conquered without him. Kids need to be taught right from wrong and that evil does exist. It has taken years to get God out of everything and it will take years to get him back. Start today to teach year kids about God and the morals he stands for. This is what our founding fathers knew when they founded this country.
